Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OvaPulse mobile application (“OvaPulse”, the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

OvaPulse is operated by INSPI SYSTEMS LLC.

By creating an account or using OvaPulse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. About OvaPulse

OvaPulse is a menstrual and period-tracking application designed to help users record and monitor menstrual cycles and related information.

The App may provide estimated future period dates based on information entered by the user.

OvaPulse is intended to provide tracking and informational functionality and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to use OvaPulse in your location.

By using OvaPulse, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

3. Creating an Account

Certain OvaPulse features require you to create an account.

You may be required to provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Other information necessary to create and maintain your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information up to date.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

4. Period Tracking and Predictions

OvaPulse allows you to record menstrual period dates and other information related to your cycle.

Based on the information you provide, OvaPulse may generate estimated future period dates.

These predictions are estimates only and may not always be accurate.

Menstrual cycles can vary between individuals and from cycle to cycle. OvaPulse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction, estimate, reminder, or tracking information.

You should not rely solely on OvaPulse predictions when making medical, reproductive, contraceptive, pregnancy-related, or other health decisions.

5. Health Information

You may choose to enter health-related information, such as period dates, symptoms, mood information, and other tracking information.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into OvaPulse.

Our collection and handling of your information are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Partner Sharing

OvaPulse may provide functionality allowing you to voluntarily share certain period or cycle information with a partner.

You are responsible for deciding whether to use this feature and what information you choose to share.

You should only share information with people you trust.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use OvaPulse for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise improperly access the App’s source code except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Introduce malicious software or code.
  • Abuse, exploit, or attack the App or its services.
  • Use OvaPulse in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

OvaPulse and its associated software, design, branding, text, graphics, features, and content are owned by or licensed to INSPI SYSTEMS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use OvaPulse for its intended purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from OvaPulse except where permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

9. Availability

We attempt to keep OvaPulse available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update portions of OvaPulse at any time.

10. Account Termination

You may stop using OvaPulse and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms.
  • You have used OvaPulse unlawfully.
  • Your activity threatens the security or operation of OvaPulse.
  • Termination is required by applicable law.

Account termination does not affect provisions that are intended to survive termination.

11. Disclaimer

OvaPulse is provided for informational, tracking, and general wellness purposes.

OvaPulse does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Period predictions and other information provided by the App may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INSPI SYSTEMS LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of OvaPulse.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice through the App or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of OvaPulse after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
