Delete Your OvaPulse Account

If you would like to permanently delete your OvaPulse account and the personal and health information associated with it, you can request account deletion using the option below.

What will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, we will delete the information associated with your OvaPulse account from our active systems, including, where applicable:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Account information
  • Period dates
  • Menstrual cycle information
  • Symptoms
  • Mood information
  • Other health or tracking information associated with your account
  • Information associated with your OvaPulse profile

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the OvaPulse mobile application.

If you cannot access the application, you can use the account deletion option provided on this webpage.

Before deleting your account

Please make sure that you understand that account deletion is permanent. Once your account and associated information have been deleted, we may not be able to recover your information.

By selecting Delete My OvaPulse Account, you confirm that you want to permanently delete your OvaPulse account and associated data.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once the deletion request is successfully processed:

  1. Your OvaPulse account will be deleted.
  2. Your associated personal information will be deleted.
  3. Your stored period and health information will be deleted from our active systems.
  4. You will no longer be able to access your deleted OvaPulse account.
  5. The deletion cannot be reversed.

We may retain limited information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or establishing or defending legal claims. Any information retained for these purposes will be securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
